Scalable Pastebin Design

We designed a highly available Pastebin service using replicated load balancers, horizontally scaled application servers, a write-through cache, and a quorum-based replicated database. The system met all latency and fault-tolerance requirements while maintaining healthy capacity headroom and near-optimal cost.
